SELF-LOVE/SERVING - THE FOUNDATION OF LOVe

The fact is you are LOVE. That's who you are. It's the only essence of your Highest-Self. Love is your Nature and Life. The very essence of your Life Purpose is to infect people with the Life and Wisdom of LOVe within you. Whether that be in your personal, family and Business life. A great Nation is built on the CULTURE of LOVe. Our mental, emotional, physical, social and economical wellbeing is determine by our ability to cultivate and operate the Life and the wisdom of Love within us. A Passionate Life is a life that is infused with LOVe. When love is mixed with Life and work, a genius is born.

LOVe is our survival instinct. Without Love we could not survive up to this present moment. The very fact you're ALIVE and have struggled up to this present moment is a demonstration and measure of LOVE presence in your life and a testimony of your love of life. There is no doubt, YOU COMPLETELY LOVE YOURSELF and YOU'RE COMPLETLY LOVED. Think about it. YOU ARE ALIVE right NOW and you are reading this. If you were not loved you would not have survived your infant stage and if it is really true that you don't love yourself you would have give up on life and commit succide a long time ago. BUT YOU ARE ALIVE.

Your parent gave birth to you, not only physically but spiritually. They gave you LOVe (the bread of the human spirit), full attention, putting your needs above theirs, they gave you the discipline and education you need to survive and thrive in the world. No matter what they have done or not done YOU ARE LOVED because YOU ARE ALIVE and are reading this.

The whole purpose of Life experiences, painful and pleasurable, is to awaken you to your sense of personal power, the ability to take control of your own feelings come what may and ultimately your destiny and that is LOVE. When you realise that you are LOVe (the Creative Force and Infinite Intelligence that create all things) and that YOU ARE ONE WITH THE DIVINE. You realise that you are designed to thrive and engineered for accomplishment.

A fearless Life and strong faith is built through UNION and COMMUNION with LOVE - your Highest-Self in meditation. Our deep emotional needs for certainty/security, uncertainty/variety, growth, connection/Love, signifance and contribution is result of who we are - LOVe.

The stress, sickness, suffering, worry we experience on our daily life is a result of the barrier to LOVe we built in our mind. when we remove the barriers, the illusion and the lies we believe about ourselves and what reality is the only thing that remains is LOVE. LOVe is all there is.

The purpose of yoga or any form of physical exercise together with power breathig and meditation/incantation is to remove the barriers to LOVe that we've built in our mind.
